Greek menu

Feb 24/2016
So we have started working on our menu.  Things went well today on going over the old menu and getting rid of things.  I thought it was going to be harder then it was.  There is still a lot to work on but we made some great progress.  We have decided on most of the menu
hummus or tzatziki and pita
kalamari dinner
spano dinner
chicken slouvaki
slow roasted lamb dinner
Greek ribs
Greek salad
Caesar salad
seafood salad
soup of the day
There are still some items id like to get rid of that dont go with our greek theme.  Its all about the baby steps when you have two owners that are very different people.  we are all trying to agree on what we all want.  So far so good I feel.
